Each session is personally tailored, combining your choice of Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage with your preferred pressure and I’m always happy to use a combination of techniques to help you get the most from your session.

Holistic massage to the shoulders, neck, head and face, using traditional techniques. Thus helping to reduce tension headaches and migraines. Can be provided clothed and oil free if desired.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a gentle, specific movement of the skin to aid lymphatic drainage. This treatment is highly beneficial for management and care of Lymphoedema, Lipoedema, other chronic swelling issues and bloating or water retention.
